WEDDING - July 2002

Well I finally took the plunge and entered the world of marriage during July 2002 in Lytham, Lancashire. Not exactly down the road for me, but certainly a very nice part of the country. A weather warning had apparently been issued the night before predicting heavy rain, but fortunately not a drop fell and it turned out to be pleasantly warm and sunny.

So, I'm now a 'husband', a term which casted images in my mind of a piece of soft furnishing - 'we really should give that husband a dust.' Seriously though married life, much feared for many years by me and indeed many other friends, has turned out to be great, just like the weather was on our big day...
